James Lee Burgess
Built environment business strategy · Emerging technology · Founder of Urban Tech Creative
James spent more than two decades working in architecture and across the wider built environment before moving into emerging technology and Artificial Intelligence. Through Urban Tech Creative, he has personally led the transition towards an integrated AI-enabled studio, embedding AI into production workflows, internal systems and day-to-day business operations.
This has included developing bespoke in-house applications to solve operational problems, introducing AI-supported production processes and creating a structured business knowledge base that supports an internal AI agent with detailed understanding of the organisation, its projects and its working methods.
This lived experience of organisational transformation is central to Selevan's approach. The consultancy is grounded not only in strategic understanding, but in the practical realities of changing workflows, testing new systems and integrating AI into a functioning business.
Dr Yogi L Bear
AI Research Consultant · Founder YLB Tech
Yogi is an applied AI Consultant with over 20 years of experience in data. She solves real-business problems drawing on expertise from statistics, data science, machine learning, and, more recently, Gen AI.
As an entrepreneur, Yogi is inspired to build products and services that inspire users to understand others better.
Alex Hort-Francis
AI Software Engineer
Alex is an AI-focused software engineer with a background in Games Design and visual communication from Norwich University of the Arts. He specialises in frontend development, usability, CMS architecture and systems design, with a particular focus on integrating language models into practical software applications.
His work includes the development of AI-enabled applications, translation tools and LLM-based systems for educational, cultural and creative technology environments.
